RENTAL information

Rental prices may vary depending on the room’s intended use, number of people using the space, and studio availability.

STUDIO A: 3,072 sq. ft. | 80 people | $125 / hour

STUDIO B: 1,300 sq. ft. | 35 people | $75 / hour

STUDIO C: 608 sq. ft. | 10 people | $50 / hour

Rental Times
Offstage Dance Studio will be rented in blocks of time as follows: one hour minimum, ½ hour increments. 

Payment
All rental payments must be made before or at the time of rental usage. An initial 50% deposit must be made for Renter’s dates and times to be officially booked in Offstage’s calendar for bookings made more than one week in advanced. Initial deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance will be due one week prior to. Renter’s first rental date. All rental deposits must be made in the form of cash. A late fee of $15 per week will be added for any past due remaining payments.

Cancellation
Any cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible. Reschedules may be arranged depending on studio availability. Should Renter’s booking(s) need to be cancelled, any deposits are non-refundable, but may be used towards future bookings. Any absences deemed as a No-Show (no attendance with no prior communication) will not be eligible for rescheduling.

Damage
Each renter will assume full responsibility for any damage caused to any part of the entryway, lobby, studio, lounge rooms, bathroom, stereo equipment, lights, floors, windows, mirrors, walls, ceilings, etc. sustained during the Renter’s scheduled studio time. Food and non-sealable drinks are permitted only in the lobby and lounges, and may not be brought into or consumed inside Studios A, B, or C. Each Renter agrees to pay in full for repair or replacement of any item or structure damaged by the renters or by performers, collaborators, or guests invited to Offstage Dance Studio by the Renter. Full payment for damage will be made within ONE MONTH of the damage.

Props and Footwear
Props need to be constructed in such a way that they can cause no damage to the dance floor. All props must have felt padding on any part that rests on the floor or rolling wheels. Tap shoes may not be worn or used in the studio.

Storage
Renters may not leave any equipment, costumes, props or personal belongings anywhere in the studio, lobby, bathroom, front desk or lounge areas outside of their rental time.
